What are cookies?

Functional cookies
Functional cookies remember your preferences to improve your experience. Currently, PocketPetCare uses browser localStorage (not cookies) to remember UI state such as sidebar preferences. These do not leave your device and do not require consent under EU rules.
Analytics cookies

If PocketPetCare uses analytics services (e.g. Vercel Analytics or a third-party tool), those tools may set cookies or use similar technologies to measure aggregate usage patterns such as page views and feature engagement. Analytics cookies are only activated if you choose "Accept all" in the cookie consent banner.
Analytics data is collected in aggregate form and is not used to identify you individually.
Third-party cookies
Stripe (our payment processor) may set cookies during checkout flows to prevent fraud and ensure payment security. These cookies are governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.
Third-party cookies are only present on pages where you interact with Stripe (such as the pricing or billing page during checkout).
